The Philips Norelco 3900 really shines here. I think it is one of the most comfortable shavers while shaving. I don’t experience tugging or pulling. It just feels comfortable.
Irritation
I experience little to no irritation after using the Philips Norelco 3900 shaver, but I would use it every 2 or 3 days because my beard does not grow very fast.
Closeness
This is the only weakness of Philips Norelco 3900 shaver. It does not get as close as some other electric shavers. I think this ties in with the comfort above.
