The Philips Norelco S9000 Prestige Space Grade Blue is the best of the best from Philips Norelco. They took their best shaver and added special space-grade steel blades and a very cool blue color.

Philips Norelco S9000 Prestige Space Grade Blue
The best from Philips Norelco. In 2024, this is my favorite shaver. It includes Space-Grade steel for the blades. It is the coolest version of the best shaver.
Performance
Closeness
This is where the S9000 Prestige really sets itself apart. The shave is so close, it is hard to explain. Just know: this shave is as close as you can get.
Comfort
I find the S9000 Presitge Space Grade Blue shaver to be quite comfortable. I think it does an excellent job shaving the neck and getting around the jaw line. Getting between the upper lip and nose is the only challenge because of the pentagonal shaped head of the shaver.
Irritation
I do not have an issue with irritation from the S9000 Prestige. If you experience irritation with the shaver, try going slower and try not to go over the same spot too many times. This tip works with most shavers.

The S9000 Prestige Space Grade Shaver configuration is the most complete of the S9000 Prestige sets. It includes:
- The S9000 Prestige Shaver in blue
- Cleaning station and 1 cleaning solution insert
- A blue travel case
- The wireless charging platform
- A charging brick with USB-A port to power the wireless charger
- A small cleaning brush
- A precision trimmer for side-burns and neck
- A nose-hair trimmer

The Case
I really like it when the shaver case includes room for the charging cable and some of the accessories. This does mean the case is larger, but it is so much easier to keep track of all the shaver accessories. The S9000 Prestige case includes 2 netted pockets inside the case which are perfect for a charging cord and/or the nose-hair trimmer and precision trimmer.
The Wireless Charger
The wireless charging functionality is very neat. My only issue here is: you must use the wireless charger. There is no other charging option. I was hoping for the addition of a traditional Norelco cable or even a USB-C port for charging. However, the wireless charging works great and I had no issues with it.
The Box
Below are pictures of the front, back, bottom, and sides of the box. The top of the box is not included because it only contained a Philips Norelco logo.
Conclusion
Overall, the Philips Norelco S9000 Prestige Space Grade Blue is one of the best shavers available.
