A fantastic trimmer for beards. Plus, the numerous length adjustments make it great for stubble.

Performance

Comfort

The Beardscape v2 is extremely comfortable while trimming. There was no tugging or pulling of hair. Just a clean trim of the facial hair.

Irritation

The trimmer left my face with no irritation. I do not expect any irritation from a beard trimmer.

The only note here: Be cautious around the lips. I did poke my lip with the trimmer (no cut or bleeding), so be careful.

Variable Length

The Beardscape v2 has various different length settings and guards to attach. The guards are double-sided, so each one has two different length settings. Combine the guards with the micro-adjust setting on the trimmer and you can have numerous different length options.

Brio does include a “Cutting Length” chart for reference. It specifies which guard size and micro-adjust setting to use for a desired trim length.
